I then uninstalled and reinstalled deleting preferences and it worked for a day. I have uninstalled and reinstalled while keeping preferences and I had the same issue.
Photoshop will load but as soon as I try to load a photo to view/edit, it freezes. I also have Windows 10 and Photoshop freezes and is currently not usable.
